Information you give us: your email when you subscribe to our newsletter; your name, email, and message when you contact us; and the details needed to complete a purchase (processed by our checkout/payment provider).

6.Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Realistely, under contract and only as needed, including: our email/newsletter platform, web analytics, our advertising network (Google AdSense), our checkout and payment processors, and our hosting provider. Each acts as a processor or independent controller and has its own privacy terms.
7.International data transfers
Some of our providers are located outside your country, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent mechanisms to protect it in line with applicable law.
8.Your rights (EU/UK – GDPR)
If you're in the EU/UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. 9.Your rights (California – CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to request access and deletion; to correct inaccurate information; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Using cookies for personalized advertising may be treated as "sharing" under the CPRA — you can opt out via our cookie banner, your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, or Google's Ads Settings. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10.Children's privacy
Realistely is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
11.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
