1.Who we are & what these terms cover

"Realistely", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the business operating realistely.com (the "Site") and the guides, articles, tools, newsletters, and digital products we make available (together, the "Services"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Realistely. By accessing the Site or using any Service, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase digital products or enter agreements through the Site. By using the Services you confirm you meet this requirement and that any information you give us is accurate.

3.Permitted use

You may read, bookmark, print for personal use, and share links to our content. Digital products you buy are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use by a single user.

4.Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• copy, republish, resell, or redistribute our content or products without written permission;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Site;
• use the Services for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful;
• attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Site's security or infrastructure;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

5.Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, guides, diagrams, graphics, layout, and the Realistely name and logo — is owned by Realistely or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you the limited license described in Section 3; no other rights are transferred.

6.No AI training on our content

You may not use any Realistely content to train, fine-tune, or develop any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model, dataset, or system, and you may not use automated tools to ingest our content for those purposes, in each case without our prior written consent. This restriction is in addition to, and does not limit, the prohibited uses in Section 4.

7.Digital products — terms of sale

We sell digital products such as ebooks, guides, checklists, templates, and bundles ("Products"). Products are delivered electronically and made available for immediate download or access after purchase.

EU/UK consumers — immediate performance. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, you expressly request that we begin supplying the Product immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once the download or access has started, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Genuine technical or delivery issues. If a file fails to download, is corrupted, or you never received access, contact us at [legal@realistely.com] within 14 days and we will resend the file or restore access. This is the sole remedy we offer for Products, and it does not constitute a refund.

Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a Product you received is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute it with evidence of delivery, revoke access to the Product, and decline future sales to you.

Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes (such as EU VAT) where required. Payments are processed by our checkout and payment providers; their terms also apply.

8.Recommended products & services (affiliate links)

Some links on the Site point to products and services we recommend as editorial picks. Some are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through them. This is at no extra cost to you — the price you pay is the same as it would be otherwise. We recommend only what we believe is worth your time, and recommendations are never sold. 9.Third-party links & services

The Site links to third-party websites and tools we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, accuracy, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10.No professional advice

11.Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or current.

12.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realistely and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realistely and its team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14.Dispute resolution & class-action waiver

Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis. You and Realistely waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You agree to contact us first to try to resolve any dispute informally before starting formal proceedings.

15.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Realistely operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply, nothing here removes rights you cannot waive under those laws.

16.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
